Associate Agile Coach

The Role

As an Agile Coach, you will play a crucial role in shaping the learning journey of our learners and clients. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering engaging training sessions, coaching and mentoring across a range of client organisations, both virtually and in the classroom, to ensure a rich and immersive experience for every learner and catering to the unique needs of our diverse clients.


Collaboration is at the heart of this role, as you will also actively support our sales team by contributing to client briefs, course outlines and course developments.


Our Instructors are critical to business success by driving the completion of learner evaluations and identifying and referring opportunities for improvement.

What You Will Bring

As an Agile Coach, we're seeking individuals who are true experts in their field who can be ambassadors for Learning Tree.

Proven experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master or Agile Trainer Deep knowledge of Agile Frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban etc) Strong facilitation, Coaching and mentoring skills Certification (s) such as ICP-ACC, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), CTC or CST


As an Agile Coach, you'll be driven by a passion for sharing knowledge and your enthusiasm for supporting individuals on their learning journey is crucial. Whether facilitating virtual classes or leading classroom sessions, you'll play a pivotal role in creating an environment that fosters learning, growth, and skill development.


Self-motivation, resilience, and a positive mindset are essential traits for success in this role. Your business acumen, coupled with strong writing and presentation skills, will be crucial as you support our sales team to present our services to potential clients.

The Package

Our freelance rates offer you the potential to earn based on your expertise and success. While we don't have a traditional benefits package, we believe in recognising and rewarding your contributions.

Flexible Schedule

- As a freelance Learning Tree instructor, you will teach 4-14+ weeks per year, depending on your availability. This gives you the flexibility to commit the rest of your time to pursuing other professional opportunities.


Joining us as a Freelance Instructor means becoming part of a dynamic and collaborative community. You'll have the flexibility to work remotely although you may be required to travel to our client locations to deliver courses or contribute to the improvement of our training programs and actively support individual learners in their learning endeavors.

What Next

We are committed to engaging only the best industry professionals, so we have a process that will ensure you can be successful as a Freelance Instructor. As part of our selection process, you will be asked to demonstrate your ability to meet our minimum criteria. You will then virtually meet with one of our course authors to assess your specific knowledge. If successful, we'll invite you to attend a 2 day virtual course that will enable you to learn more about Learning Tree's course methodology and will assess your suitability to deliver content in an engaging and professional manner.
