We're now looking to recruit an

Associate

into our

Fraud & Motor Team

in Belfast, to support continued growth and client demand.


Responsibilities:

Manage a varied caseload of suspected fraudulent

motor claims

(e.g., staged, induced, low-speed impact, phantom passenger, exaggerated loss, etc.) Handle pre-litigated and litigated cases with a focus on strategic risk management and cost-effective resolution. Liaise directly with insurer clients, providing clear, commercial legal advice. Support senior team members on complex or high-value cases, and contribute to business development initiatives.


What will help you succeed in this role?:

Essential



3-4 years' PQE (or equivalent experience) in defendant insurance litigation . Strong knowledge of motor insurance law and civil procedure rules. Excellent analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills. A commercial approach with a focus on delivering outstanding client service. Strong team ethic, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
