BakerHicks is seeking an experienced Associate BIM Information Manager to lead our London-based BIM team and elevate digital delivery across complex, multi-disciplinary projects.





This is a senior leadership role for a BIM professional with a strong strategic mindset, proven technical expertise, and a passion for team development. You'll manage a growing team of BIM specialists, oversee project delivery, and play a key role in client engagement and innovation.




What You'll Be Doing




Lead and manage a team of BIM Information Managers, from Graduate to Principal level. Oversee BIM delivery across major projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction. Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans and digital strategies. Manage commercial aspects of BIM involvement including resourcing, budgeting, and invoicing. Act as the key client contact for BIM delivery in London, particularly in fit-out projects. Contribute to national BIM strategy and business planning. Champion innovation through automation, smart technologies, and digital twins.



What We're Looking For




Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g. RIBA, ICE, IStructE, CIBSE, CIAT). Proven experience delivering BIM on multi-disciplinary projects. Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams across all levels. Expertise in Revit, Solibri, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud. Deep understanding of BS and ISO BIM standards and asset information delivery (e.g. COBie). Ability to advise clients on OIR, PIR, EIR, and AIR. Experience in BIM process improvement and change management.



Desirable Skills




Experience in multiple sectors and managing multi-disciplinary teams. Strategic vision development and deployment. Knowledge of CAFM systems, smart technologies, IoT, and digital twins. Skills in automation and AI integration.
