The Associate Building Surveyor's Role
This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious Associate Building Surveyor aiming for long-term career progression within a dynamic, growing firm. You'll join a close-knit, multi-disciplinary team delivering high-quality services to a range of prestigious clients across various sectors.
As the new Associate Building Surveyor, you will provide essential support to the current team while building your career towards a potential Partner-level position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering expert surveying services to high-profile clients across multiple sectors
- Contributing to the business's growth, focusing on client satisfaction and project quality
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members and preparing for potential leadership roles
- MRICS qualified
- Significant consultancy experience
- Commercially minded with a focus on business development
- Prior team management experience (advantageous)
- 70,000 - 80,000
- Performance-based bonus structure
