Overview



We are offering a 12-month fixed-term contract to support our Business Banking & Treasury Department. This role focuses on facilitating the integration of newly acquired businesses, ensuring their existing banking arrangements align with Group policies.

Success in this position requires outstanding attention to detail and robust organisational skills to thrive in a demanding environment.



How you'll make an impact



Reporting to the Team Leader Process internal requests between AJG and all banking partners. Responsible for maintaining internal Finance records to ensure accuracy of data is up to date and remains SOX compliant. Prepare and communicate quarterly reviews of all banking platforms to department managers validating user requirements. Regular communication with Bank Relationship Managers to resolve any issues which may affect day to day operations. Prepare bank documentation where required to ensure bank mandates are up to date. Seek appropriate approval from designated bank mandate signatories. Familiarity with all processes required to liaise with company Banks to ensure efficient operation of the department Liaise with key business area contacts to ensure communication channels are open & effective. Highlight all issues with Team Leader. Deal with Internal/External auditors as and when required.



About You



Educated to a minimum of NAT5 Experience of working in banking or cashiering is preferred Previous banking experience preferable, specifically with manual reconciliations Excellent communication skills dealing with both internal & external clients Good understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Ability to work to strict deadlines MS Office Proficiency Professional in manner and presentation Sound Customer Service Skills Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships both internally and externally Analytical problem solving approach Takes initiative has a 'can do' attitude Results driven Eligibility to work in the UK
