We are looking for an

Associate Business Operations Analyst

to play a pivotal role at the heart of Orion Health's operations. In this role, you'll ensure contracts, projects, invoices, and licenses are managed with accuracy and care, providing the foundation that enables our Commercial, Finance, Product, Professional Services, and other teams to deliver effectively.



You'll balance attention to detail with a solutions-focused mindset--safeguarding the business through sound processes while helping keep work moving smoothly across approvals and workflows.


What You'll Do





As an Associate Business Operations Analyst, you will:


Business Partnering


Partner across Commercial, Finance, Product, Professional Services, R&D, IT, and Operations to enable smooth execution, acting as the first line of support for operational queries.

Contracts, Sales Orders & Projects


Set up and maintain contracts, sales orders, and projects in NetSuite, ensuring terms and milestones are accurately captured.

Licensing & Commercial Controls


Assess license requests for eligibility, confirm billing status before issuance, and partner with Product to ensure license compatibility--protecting both revenue and product integrity.

Revenue, Forecasting & Invoicing


Prepare accurate invoices, support revenue recognition, and partner with Commercial to forecast revenue and project milestones. You'll also help with debt collection activities and ensure billing structures are correctly applied.

Governance & Data Stewardship


Safeguard compliance with delegated authorities and maintain master data across customers, vendors, and projects.

Process Enablement, Training & Improvement


Train and support teams on NetSuite processes, contribute to automation initiatives, and improve forecasting and workflow efficiency.

Quality Control & Compliance


Ensure strict data accuracy, maintain audit-ready records, and uphold compliance policies.


What We're Looking For




Experience




1+ years in business operations, finance support, or administration. Background in contracts, invoicing, or licensing processes. Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. Exposure to ERP systems (NetSuite ideal) and ticketing tools (e.g., Jira) is desirable.

Skills & Capabilities




Strong Excel and ERP knowledge (NetSuite preferred). High attention to detail and data accuracy. Proactive and collaborative problem-solver. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Comfortable training others and enabling process improvements.

Qualifications




Degree in business, finance, economics, accounting, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
