We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Service II to join our Client Service team. This role is located in Manchester, UK.



In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:


You will be responsible for the day-to-day handling of Client issues. You will strive to assist our Clients in resolving their custody issues and inquiries. You maintain strong relationships with Operational Teams and Service Directors for Dutch clients, located in Amsterdam, to report client trends and needs You will have awareness and / or experience in the field of AI / Digitalisation You will provide guidance on internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience.


To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:


Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education 3-5 years work experience in financial services, or similar industry is preferred
