About the Role
Key Responsibilities
------------------------
Contribute to clinical development strategy and author trial-related documents aligned with the Clinical Development Plan
Provide scientific input into regulatory documents including Investigator's Brochures and submission dossiers
Oversee clinical trial execution, ensuring scientific integrity and patient safety in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Conduct ongoing review and interpretation of trial data with internal experts and safety boards
Support final analyses, reporting, and publication of clinical trial results
Lead clinical trials as Clinical Scientific Lead, guiding all clinical aspects in partnership with medical monitors
Participate in global initiatives to enhance clinical development processes and standards
Essential Requirements

Advanced degree in life sciences or healthcare; PharmD or PhD strongly preferred
Minimum 3 years of clinical research or drug development experience across Phases I-IV
At least 2 years of hands-on experience conducting global clinical trials in a matrixed environment
Proven knowledge in neuroscience or related areas such as neurodegenerative or rare neurological diseases
Strong understanding of clinical trial design, methodology, statistics, and regulatory processes
Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
Skilled in negotiation, conflict resolution, and building strong interpersonal relationships
Desirable Requirements

Experience in neuroscience-related therapeutic areas such as neuroinflammation, neuromuscular, or rare neurological diseases
Familiarity with Cell & Gene therapies or advanced clinical trial methodologies
