30 - 37.5 hours per week

42,376.51 - 45,536.05 pro rata per annum depending on experience.

Monday to Sunday, variable days and hours.

As part of the development of our community services we are looking to recruit an Associate Clinical Nurse Specialists to work within our community nursing team. This is an exciting opportunity to join our progressive and dynamic Clinical Nurse Specialists and be part of the wider interdisciplinary community team.
