What you'll do

Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of

commercial agreements

(strategic and BAU). Provide commercial input on cross-practice transactions. Build relationships across UK and international offices; work directly with partners. Contribute to BD: client briefings, articles and market updates.

What you'll bring (2-6 PQE)

Solid grounding in

contract law

with strong drafting and technical skills. Clear understanding of the legal, commercial and operational issues impacting clients. Ability to

juggle multiple matters

and deliver to tight deadlines. Excellent client service, attention to detail, and team mindset. Research skills; confident using precedents and external resources. Relationship-builder; ideally some experience supporting juniors. Commercial awareness and appetite to share knowledge/training.
