Associate - Commercial Real Estate - Cambridge with hybrid working

A Tier 1 Legal 500 real estate team within an international law firm
Role
An exciting opportunity to gain experience working for a dynamic team
Working on energy and life sciences / biotech sectors as well as strategic land and the property aspects of corporate transactions
Collaborate with the wider real estate department working in the development, fashion, retail, and urban regeneration sectors
Finding practical, commercial solutions that get deals done
You
1-3 years PQE
Highly motivated and dedicated to delivering excellence in client service
Good commercial real estate experience including sales, acquisitions, leases, and financing
Commercial and driven with interest in business development and marketing activities
