About the Role
As an Associate Consultant, you'll play a key role in delivering market research and strategic insights for our clients. You'll:

• Gather and analyse qualitative and quantitative data to solve client problems.
• Conduct in-depth interviews with stakeholders, industry experts, and suppliers.
• Collaborate with our analytics team on survey-based projects (consumer and B2B research, product development).
• Synthesise findings into clear, impactful reports and presentations.
• Build relationships with clients and colleagues, contributing to a positive team culture.
• Support internal projects and help shape the future of KAE.

Who We're Looking For
To be considered for this role, you must have either:

• A Master's degree (in arts, science, or business),

or * A minimum Bachelor's degree (2.1 or above) plus at least one year of professional working experience (post-graduation or via internship/sandwich course).
You should also be:

• Fluent (written and spoken) in English and either German or Italian (essential for this role).
• Analytical, curious, and creative in your approach to problem solving.
• Comfortable communicating with people at all levels, both over the phone and via video.
• Able to work collaboratively in fast-paced teams and take initiative.
• Skilled at structuring information into clear presentations or written reports.
• Organised, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Aligned with our values: work together, care and share, choose courage, stay curious.
• Prepared to commute and work at our London (Farringdon) office at least 3 days per week.
