We are looking for an enthusiastic and relationship-driven Associate Consultant to join our dynamic team in Glasgow. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and securing top talent for some of the most influential companies in the renewable energy sector, helping to drive impactful change on a global scale.
Responsibilities
Proactively generate and attract high-quality candidates through multiple sourcing strategies
Conduct engaging and structured telephone screenings to assess candidate suitability
Perform thorough candidate qualification to ensure alignment with role requirements and client expectations
Manage and respond to advert applications efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up and feedback
Source candidates using a wide range of tools and technologies, including Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, media channels, data services, and social platforms.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our CRM system (Bullhorn), ensuring data is well-organised and correctly coded
Provide regular updates to hiring managers on candidate pipelines and progress for all assigned roles
Qualifications
Prior experience in recruitment, B2B sales, telesales, retail within a sales environment.
Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication, with attention to detail.
Energetic and positive approach, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
A commitment to learning and becoming a sector expert.
Fluency in English (additional languages like German or French are advantageous).
