Recruitment Consultant - Investment Banking & Hedge Funds
Location: London Mayfair
Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 basic + uncapped commission
Average earning in this firm is over 100k, top performers make in excess of 200k

This is your chance to break into the specialist world of financial recruitment , working at the very heart of global trading and investment. You'll be placing some of the brightest minds in finance into high-value roles with leading investment banks, hedge funds, commodity firms, and trading houses .
This is not a "churn and burn" recruitment firm -- it's a well-established, privately owned business (25-30 people, ~11m revenue) that invests heavily in training and long-term progression . You'll be taught how to build relationships with world-class clients, understand financial markets, and negotiate career-changing deals.
The Opportunity

• Work directly with global investment banks, hedge funds, and trading firms.
• Place high-value professionals into roles such as analysts, traders, quants, technologists, and compliance specialists .
• Learn from experienced recruiters covering Prime Brokering, Equities, Quant Trading, Tech, Commodities, and Compliance .

What They're Looking For

• A Russell Group graduate with a genuine interest in financial markets and trading .
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to build relationships.
• Ambition, resilience, and a competitive edge -- someone motivated by success.
• Previous recruitment, sales, or commercial experience is advantageous but not essential .
