Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or a related discipline Chartered status (MRICS) or working towards this qualification Proven experience in cost management for education or similar complex building projects Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills Track record of managing projects from inception to completion Excellent analytical, organisational, and reporting abilities Proficiency with digital tools such as CostX, Excel, BIM, or Power BI Understanding of UK construction contracts and procurement processes Commitment to continuous professional development and delivering exceptional client outcomes:
