Associate Customer Services Advocate
to join their team.

What you'll do:
Support new customer onboarding and ensure a smooth experience
Build trusted relationships across customer teams (engineering, operations, procurement)
Coordinate service delivery, monitor performance, and resolve issues efficiently
Provide data-driven insights to improve customer value
Support sales with renewals and upsell opportunities
Prepare reports and maintain regular stakeholder communication
What you will need:
Degree in Engineering or Business (preferred)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented
Confident with MS Office (Excel in particular); knowledge of Oracle, SAP, or Salesforce is an advantage
?This is a brilliant opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional (12-18 months' experience ideally within telecoms) to grow in a global, complex environment with excellent career prospects.

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
