Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Surgeon to join our practice team. The ideal candidate will possess a knowledge of or understanding in functional and aesthetic enhancements. The job will benefit an upwardly mobile clinician who wishes to enhance their skills in undertaking complex rehabilitations of dentition. If you are Dawson/ Pankey/Spear trained or wish to practice at that level, you must consider working alongside us. We are creating a team which can deliver a very high level quality dentistry. We will invest heavily in you and in the equipment to enable you to provide great dentistry in comfortable caring environment . As a Surgeon, you will be responsible for diagnosing conditions, developing treatment plans, and executing dental interventions while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and care. Lot of mentorship will be provided. Our emphasis is on excellence, empathy and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments and consultations with patients to determine their goals. Perform a variety of procedures, ensuring adherence to established protocols and best practices. Utilise imaging techniques ( photos and radiographs) to assist in diagnosis and restorative/ surgical treatment planning. Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care before, during, and after treatments. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation throughout the treatment planning process. Provide post-operative care and follow-up consultations to improve patient recovery. Stay updated on advancements in dental techniques and technologies, including Computer-Aided Design (CAD) applications relevant to dentistry..

Requirements

Dental degree from an accredited institution with GDC registration and completion of a recognised restorative/surgical/ perio-pros residency programme. Extensive knowledge of dental anatomy and surgical/ restorative procedures is essential. Proficiency in medical imaging techniques is highly desirable. Familiarity with CAD software is an advantage but not mandatory. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and dental staff. Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities in high-pressure environments. Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to ethical medical practices. Should be coachable.

Pay: 51,851.20-125,102.30 per year
