At Bentley Mathieson Dentalcare we are offering someone the opportunity to do just that, at our family-owned practice.

We will be the new Urgent Dental Access Centre (UDAC) for Hartlepool, as well as offering ongoing care to our regular NHS and private patients.

The practice is fully digital and the ideal candidate would be either experienced in digital technology, or keen to lean new techniques, such as CEREC restorations and 3D printing.

The successful candidate can:
- take over a well maintained, majority NHS list with significant private options taken up,
- run the UDAC full time
...or a combination of the two...
...alongside the option for Mentoring for anyone looking to enhance their skills in high-end restorative work, biomimetic composite restorations, CEREC, Invisalign and implant dentistry, as well as botox and fillers.

The role really can be moulded to suit the preferred candidate in every aspect.

Remuneration

UDAC - 600 day rate.

Associate - 13 per UDA and 50% of significant private income.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Dentistry from an accredited institution. General Dental Council registration. Proficiency in or interest in CAD technology techniques is desirable Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A compassionate approach towards patient care and an eagerness to learn and do the right thing. Those who like a prescription pad need not apply!
