Job Description
TLC 4 Smiles is a Well established, independent mixed busy, three surgery, NHS practice . Established patient list.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our highly motivated and caring team.
3000- 5000 UDA's
The practice is open Monday - Friday 8.30-5pm and we also open one Saturday per month.
Part Time or Full time Role

Practice address is 30 Clifton Road, Ashbourne, Derbyshire DE61DT.
Start date is ideally as soon as possible but we are flexible with this.
Materials are available to order on request.
GDC registered and valid performer number required
