Part time mixed NHS/Private Associate Dentist Position

Crook Log Dental Practice
Bexleyheath, Southeast London

We are looking for an enthusiastic, team player who has worked in a mixed practice environment. Taking over an established list and list building. Opportunity to learn/discuss cases with a team of experienced clinicians.

*Start - December 2025 - but flexible for the right candidate

*Days/sessions available-

Wednesday - 8:30am - 7pm Thursday - 8:30am - 7pm Friday - 8:30am - 5:30pm Saturday - 9:30am - 1:30pm (once a month)
*UDA Target and value: 1500 per year. UDA rate negotiable, based on experience

*Location - 10 minute walk from Bexleyheath Station (30 min rail journey from London Bridge). 20 minute drive from Blackwall Tunnel, free on street parking.

*Fully digitalised (SOE with clinipads/portal) and recently refurbished to a high standard with all mod cons including Itero scanner, intra oral cameras, DSLR cameras, digital radiography inc OPG

*Team of hygienists and referral for oral surgery/implant/endo within team. Well run practice with a team of managers, TCO and clinical/admin leads.

*Regular clinical meetings to discuss cases and courses taken by clinicians. Guidance available from experienced Principals, both being past FD trainers.

*Practice invests heavily in marketing and campaigns for treatments such as Invisalign. Well recognised locally for providing high quality general and cosmetic dentistry. Multiple positive Google reviews.

*High Private potential split, based on sessions worked and clinicians experience

*Ideal Candidate will be experienced in private dentistry with excellent communication skills. Large potential for private composite work and adult Orthodontics (Invisalign)

*Performer number/ portfolio of work and evidence of CPD/Post grad training essential.
