Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in dental procedures and patient care, demonstrating a commitment to providing high-quality dental services. The practice is offering 13+ per UDA depending on experience and 50/50 split on private and lab bills. 5000 UDA's available. The practice manager has confirmed very strong private potential . In house implantologist and prosthodontist available. This role involves working collaboratively with our team to ensure optimal patient outcomes while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients. Perform a range of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns. Utilise medical imaging techniques to diagnose and plan treatment effectively. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with practice policies. Educate patients on oral health, hygiene practices, and preventive care. Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to deliver exceptional patient care. Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the practice.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Dentistry or equivalent qualification recognised by the relevant dental authority. Valid dental licence to practice in the UK. Familiarity with medical imaging technologies is an advantage. Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients. A compassionate approach towards patient care and a commitment to continuous professional development.
