Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Dentistry from an accredited institution. Valid dental licence to practice in the relevant jurisdiction. Strong knowledge of human anatomy related to dentistry. Proficiency in medical imaging techniques is preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients. Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills. Financial Package

Sliding Scale Remuneration - associates are paid starting at 45% of clinical fees, with the opportunity to increase based on performance, patient retention, and contribution to the practice. Clinical Support & Technology

MiSmile Treatment Planning Services - advanced digital treatment planning for efficient and precise patient care. Dedicated Front-of-House Team Member - each associate is assigned a personal FOH team member who manages their day-to-day administrative tasks, including: Outbound referrals Un booked treatments Patient concerns TCO Services & Managed Referrals - seamless coordination of referrals and patient care, reducing your admin workload.

Paid CPD - fully funded courses via Dental Compliance Made Easier, including BLS (Basic Life Support) and Fire Safety courses (normally self-funded by self-employed associates).
