Associate Dentist - Crome Dental Clinic, Cobham, Surrey

Cobham is a beautiful village, well-known for its welcoming community, excellent local amenities, and affluent patient base. Our clinic sits at the heart of it all, surrounded by boutique shops and cafes, with easy access to the A3, M25, and rail links to London. This is a place where patients value quality, continuity, and a personal approach to their dental care.

At Crome Dental Clinic, you'll find a well-established, modern practice with a strong private focus. We offer fully digital surgeries, including Dentally software, digital radiography, and intra-oral scanning, all designed to help you work efficiently and deliver exceptional results. Our loyal patient base trusts us for everything from cosmetic and restorative treatments to implants and Invisalign.

We believe in rewarding our clinicians fairly. You'll benefit from a competitive split (45-50%) and excellent private earning potential, with some NHS work (1,000-2,000 UDAs) available. The financial structure is transparent and supportive, and your annual earnings will reflect your experience and case mix.

You'll be supported by an experienced management team and a dedicated reception and admin staff, so you can focus on what you do best--caring for your patients. We're proud of our calm, professional atmosphere and our commitment to quality over volume. For dentists interested in growing their skills, we offer mentorship in implants and Invisalign, as well as ongoing CPD and development support.

We're looking for a GDC-registered dentist with UK experience and a performer number, who shares our commitment to high clinical standards and patient care. If you have an interest or experience in private, cosmetic, Invisalign, or implant dentistry, even better. Most importantly, we're seeking someone who wants to build a long-term future within a supportive team and premium village practice.
