We are now seeking a skilled and enterprising dentist to take the helm as Clinical Lead. Remuneration: A highly competitive, performance-based remuneration structure offering up to 60% of the gross practice turnover. The Practice: A brand-new, purpose-built facility featuring cutting-edge technology, including an on-site OPG & CBCT scanner and a Trios Intra-Oral Scanner. The Location: Situated in the heart of Croydon, a major South London hub with a diverse, growing population and excellent transport links. 24/7 Emergency Dental Pain Services General & Restorative Dentistry (Fillings, Root Canals) Oral Surgery & Implants Cosmetic Dentistry (Teeth Whitening, Composite Bonding)

The Ideal Candidate

A GDC-registered dentist with significant experience in UK private practice. Commercially aware, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a clear vision for what a modern dental practice should be. A confident clinician with a portfolio demonstrating a high standard of work across a range of treatments. An excellent communicator, capable of building rapport with patients and leading a clinical team. Motivated by the prospect of building a successful practice and a professional legacy. Essential Requirements Current GDC registration and the right to work in the UK. Proof of appropriate professional indemnity. BDS or equivalent dental degree. A strong understanding of UK dental regulations and best practices; familiarity with CQC standards is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Work with the Urban Health Care management team to build the practice. Provide comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to patients, ensuring adherence to GDC standards. Utilize medical imaging techniques to diagnose and plan treatment effectively. Apply knowledge of anatomy to perform various dental procedures with precision. Collaborate with dental technicians using CAD technology for creating dental restorations. Educate patients on oral health practices and treatment options to promote overall dental wellness. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
