Associate Dentist - Fully Private

We are delighted to offer an excellent opportunity for an Associate Dentist to join our growing, family-run private practice. The role will start with one day per week on Thursdays, with the opportunity to increase days as patient demand grows.

This position has become available due to increasing demand for private PAYG dentistry. You will have the opportunity to build your own patient list from our expanding private patient base. We also hold a small NHS children's contract, offering variety and additional security if you wish to take part (optional, not essential).

Our practice is under new ownership and has benefited from significant investment in modern facilities, equipment, digital workflows, marketing, and staff training. We are actively investing in marketing, social media presence, online booking systems, and digital patient journeys to support practice growth and help associates build strong, sustainable patient lists. This is an exciting time to join the practice and grow alongside us.

About you

GDC registered dentist UK private experience desirable Confident communicator with a patient-focused approach Team-focused and motivated to grow within a supportive practice
