Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice for 3 days a week starting in August 2025. 50%-60% split depending on earnings.

Mentoring in composite bonding available!

We are a friendly practice with supportive longstanding staff, nurses and managers being with us for over 20 years.

Duties

As an Associate Dentist, your responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive dental examinations and assessments of patients. Diagnosing dental conditions and developing appropriate treatment plans. Performing various dental procedures, including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic treatments. Utilising medical imaging techniques to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning. Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations. Educating patients on oral health practices and preventive care. Collaborating with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations within the practice. Staying updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and participating in continuing education opportunities.

Experience

The successful candidate will have:

A recognised dental degree and valid dental licence to practice. Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and proficiency in medical imaging techniques. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients. A commitment to providing exceptional patient care and maintaining high professional standards.
