We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering high-quality dental care to our diverse patient base. PLVE candidates will also be considered, the split will be 45% NHS and private. Visa sponsorship is available
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health issues using clinical skills and medical imaging technology
Develop personalised treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
Perform various dental procedures, including restorations, extractions, and preventive care
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care instructions
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other team members to ensure seamless patient experiences
Stay updated with the latest developments in dentistry, including advancements in anatomy knowledge and imaging techniques
Requirements
Fully qualified Dentist recognised by relevant professional bodies within the UK
Proven experience in general dentistry with a focus on restorative procedures
Strong knowledge of human anatomy relevant to dental treatments
Experience with medical imaging techniques such as X-rays or digital scans
Excellent communication skills with the ability to reassure and educate patients effectively
Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple cases simultaneously
Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to ethical standards
