We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our friendly and supportive dental practice. As an Associate Dentist, you will work collaboratively with our friendly and fun team to deliver comprehensive dental services, ensuring that patients receive the best possible treatment in a comfortable environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
- Develop and implement personalised treatment plans for patients, considering their individual needs and preferences.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures, including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic treatments.
- Interpret medical imaging and radiographs to support accurate diagnoses and treatment planning.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care to promote long-term dental health.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure a smooth workflow within the practice.
Experience
- A valid dental degree from an accredited institution is required.
- Previous experience as a dentist is preferred but not mandatory; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy related to dentistry and oral health practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
