The practice has recently been refurbished, and our 3 treatment rooms are spacious, bright and air-conditioned. Part-Time Associate Required - 1 position available
Patient Population: Private 60%, NHS 40%
12 per UDA
2000 UDAs
You will receive 45% of your private gross earnings
You will pay 50% of all your laboratory bills
2 fixed days available with flexibility of which days from Monday to Friday

Applicants must be GDC registered and have professional indemnity arrangements in place.
Applicants must have an active performer number, a valid DBS disclosure, a full immunisation record and provide details for 2 clinical referees.

The practice generates 60% of its revenue from private fees per item and the remaining 40% through the delivery of NHS General Dental Services.

Nurses
All dental nurses are qualified and trained in clinical photography, intra-oral scanning, Invisalign, implants and composite bonding. We work as a unit to solve problems and support a comfortable, relaxed workflow whilst enjoying the benefits of having a friendly, professional, and efficient practice environment, linked to the experience and attributes of our team. You will be working with all our dental nurses to support diversity and skill mix within the practice.
Reception
Our reception team is positive, accommodating and experienced in zoning your diary to suit your working style and productivity. Complications are assessed promptly and managed in-house to ensure a stable, relaxed, and efficient clinical working day. We plan for flexibility within the appointment diary to ensure the clinic runs smoothly and patients are satisfied.
Principal Support
With 20 years of clinical experience as a General Dental Practitioner (GDP), Foundation Trainer, and Clinical Teacher in Oral Surgery, I am an experienced Invisalign Provider with an MSc in Implant Dentistry and additional training in restorative dentistry, leadership, management, and mentoring.
I will provide guidance tailored to your needs, with a focus on your career development, including, but not limited to, postgraduate clinical and business training.
I will encourage efficient workflow patterns that prevent complications and provide clinical support, assisting directly if matters escalate.
Opportunities
The team works within the community to promote oral health through local education initiatives. All our team members contribute to the departments of Northwick Park Hospital by offering patients the full range of options for treatment, advice, and preventative care.
There is scope to provide departmental assistance in the management of patients undergoing Oral Cancer therapy and, when required, the practice provides assessment and diagnostic reporting for subjects participating in privately funded pharmaceutical research.
