ASSOCIATE DENTIST POSITION - Ystrad Mynach

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident and motivated dentist to join our clinical team at Smart Smiles Ystrad Mynach. This is a fantastic chance to take over a

stable, established patient list

in a predominantly private setting (90% private / 10% NHS), supported by a friendly and experienced team.

Smart Smiles is a group of six modern, forward-thinking dental practices across South Wales, delivering high-quality, patient-focused care. Our Ystrad Mynach practice is bright, airy, and equipped with the latest digital technology, including CEREC, Prime Scanners, and OPT.

The Role:

Full-time associate position

Take over a stable private and Denplan patient list Excellent private earning potential (50% private split after licence fee) Opportunity to grow your list in a well-established, affluent area

The Practice:

Four-surgery, independent, modern dental practice Fully computerised using EXACT software Digital X-rays in all surgeries CBCT unit, Primescan Intraoral Scanner, Primemill, Rotary Endo Centrally located near shops, with nearby parking Friendly and experienced dental nursing support Wide range of private treatments offered

Support & Development:

Structured professional development opportunities In-house CPD and training support 50% contribution towards funded courses - we're happy to support your clinical interests Access to a wide network of clinicians across our five sister practices Visiting specialists in Orthodontics and Oral Surgery Our Principal Dentist is an FD Supervisor at our Newbridge practice Mentorship available in Implants, Orthodontics, Endodontics, and Restorative Dentistry Marketing support provided
Many of our dentists are pursuing postgraduate qualifications, including diplomas in Orthodontics, Restorative Dentistry, Periodontics, and Endodontics. You'll be joining a team committed to clinical excellence and continuous development.
