Hope Dental is looking for an Associate Dentist to work between three and five days a week. We are a family owned, independent practice with a friendly, experienced team based in the heart of the beautiful Peak District Hope Valley.

We are a well-established 3 surgery practice and we provide both NHS and Private care and we have a Denplan Essentials scheme. Dental treatment is provided to all age groups locally and from further afield. Our patients come to us through word-of-mouth recommendations and our treatments include all aspects of general dentistry, implants and cosmetic dentistry. We are fully computerised and paper free (cloud based Dentally) we have digital x-rays, intraoral cameras, rotary endo and 3 surgeries which are well maintained.

The joining associate would have access to:

A dedicated surgery

An experienced nurse.

An established list of patients that have been well maintained for many years.

Negotiable UDA rate

Total clinical freedom to use materials/labs of choice

50:50 split on all private fees and lab bills.

Intraoral Cameras, Rotary Endo, digital X-rays.

Access to hygienist services using GBT/EMS Airflow (the first practice in Derbyshire to invest in this)

Practice Principal on site four days a week to assist with any issues.

An experienced visiting Oral Surgeon who places implants.

We are looking for someone who wishes to be part of a bigger team and who enjoys all aspects of general dentistry. Additional skills are always welcome and nurtured but lots of post graduate courses are not essential for us; good communication skills, getting the basics done well and a good team spirit are far more important to us.

We have excellent private potential due to the affluent areas around us and our patient base. The UDA rate starts at 13.50 but is entirely negotiable based upon experience and any additional skills that can be bought to the practice. We will be transitioning to fully private in the next 12 months.

Applicants must be GDC registered and have an active NHS Performer number and a valid DBS check.
