Working Hours & Shift Pattern

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality dental treatment to a mixed NHS and private patient base
Provide urgent dental care sessions where required
Carry out examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning in line with best practice
Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure adherence to compliance standards
Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and support staff
Work collaboratively with the dental nursing and management teams
Contribute to a positive, patient-first culture within the practice
Ensure full compliance with GDC, NHS, and practice policies
Uphold high standards of infection prevention and safety procedures
Participate in ongoing professional development and reflective practice
Requirements
GDC registration
Performer number for NHS work
Professional indemnity insurance
Experience as an Associate Dentist or General Dentist
Strong communication and patient care skills
Confidence working with a mixed NHS/private patient base
Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
Compassionate approach with a commitment to high clinical standards
Good understanding of preventative, restorative, and general dentistry
