The Role

We're looking for an Associate Dentist to join our supportive and experienced clinical team. You'll be treating a loyal patient base and carrying out a mix of general and cosmetic dentistry, including whitening, veneers, smile makeovers, and routine treatments.

You'll have the freedom to work clinically in a way that suits you, whilst being supported by an experienced team who are always on hand when needed. The role will be mixed, with the Associate taking on a comfortable UDA allocation of roughly 1500, leaving lots of opportunity to deliver private Dentistry on top.

What We're Looking For

The successful candidate for this role should ideally have roughly 2 years' experience working in mixed Dentistry and be confident delivering private upsell, ideally with a comprehensive treatment portfolio

Experience with fixed or clear aligners & orthodontic treatments is highly desirable for the position

A proven background in cosmetic & aesthetic dentistry is also highly desirable for the role

A strong eye for detail and pride in delivering high-quality Dentistry to patients, ensuring they have a fantastic experience meeting the business' expectations

Excellent communication skills to build rapport with patients and understand their unique needs and desires

A passion for continuous learning and staying abreast of industry advancements
