Associate Dentist Required - Dental Beauty Addington, Croydon (CR2 8JJ)

2-3 days p/w - flexibility available on working days

Dental Beauty are excited to be opening a search for an Associate Dentist to join us at our lovely practice Dental Beauty Addington, located in South Croydon.

Within this position, you will receive great hands-on mentorship in the practice from our experienced Clinical Partner, Dr. Ravi Desai, and will become part of a great multi-skilled clinical team . Within the group we offer a wealth of free courses & a dozen heavily discounted aesthetic & restorative courses through our Clinical Academy with Elevate Dentistry. Tying all of this together, you'll have the opportunity to earn well over 150K P/A based on a full-time position.

Our practice is fully equipped with Dentally software, digital x-rays, Trios scanner, sandblasters & rotary endo, composite heaters, smart TV's in surgeries and other high-quality equipment and materials at your disposal.

About our opportunity:

We are looking for a clinician to join us in a mixed position; taking on a base UDA allocation P/A (but without a set target or clawbacks!) along with excellent potential for private income following our patient journey & due to our practice environment.

We are ideally looking for a Dentist who is able to take on 2-3 days p/w - with flexibility available on the working days.

About You:

Someone who has the drive and ambition to succeed and has a hunger to progress The applicant should be confident in presenting themselves when meeting with patients and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure all of our patients are given a 5 star service We're ideally looking for an Associate with a couple of years post-grad experience, but may be happy to consider candidates in the process of completing their Foundation Year.
