What You'll Do

Deliver consistently high-quality general dentistry across day-to-day treatments Focus on cosmetic procedures such as Invisalign, composite bonding, and full smile makeovers Use your communication and consultation skills to help patients understand their options and commit confidently to treatment Build your individual brand within the practice - with marketing support and resources to grow your reach and following Maintain a commercial mindset - recognising the link between excellent care, trust, and long-term practice growth Thrive as part of a supportive, enthusiastic team that values collaboration, positivity, and fun Confidently manage endodontic or periodontal cases if experienced (optional)

About You

Hold an accredited dental qualification with current GDC registration At least 3 years of experience in a private practice environment Strong foundation in general dentistry and a true interest in aesthetic treatments Great with patients - able to build trust and communicate treatment plans clearly Confident with sales/conversion - you understand the value of presenting treatments effectively Commercially aware, with a desire to build long-term patient loyalty and grow your brand A team-oriented professional who brings good energy and enthusiasm to work

Working Hours

Starting with 2 days per week, with the opportunity to increase as your patient list expands
