The Dental Practice in Fallowfield is a well established independently owned training practice providing outstanding dental care in a friendly and relaxed environment. Due to it's central location in South Manchester, the practice is thriving and we are now excited to recruit another associate to join the team for two days a week - Thursday and Fridays 9-5pm.

We have four well equipped surgeries and undertake Foundation Training for newly qualified dentists. Being in Fallowfield, we are also close to nearby grammar schools making it easy to drop off and collect children there if necessary.

We firmly believe that career progression happens by listening and taking on board what team members and patients have to say. We also believe that dentists perform to their full potential when they have a stable environment ,decent equipment and a good team around them.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Associate Dentist that wants to further develop their career, and slowly transition into providing more private dentistry.

Fallowfield, South Manchester

Ideal Associate:

An ambitious and forward thinking individual, who wishes to work in a fast growing mixed dental practice with a team that cares and listens.

You will receive full mentorship from the vastly experienced principal dentist (also an Educational Supervisor) in any and all aspects of general dentistry, we also undertake oral surgery referrals, provide sedation and perform dental implant surgery on a regular basis.

An interest in Invisalign/ortho is desirable as this is currently in very high demand.

The Associate must be keen to develop their skills over a period of time and be open to undertaking postgraduate courses and education. Although a large portion of the position is NHS Dentistry, the Associate must also be keen to develop skills in Private Dentistry in an ethical, steady and safe environment.

The Offer

Part-time (2 days a week) 2000-3000 UDAs Working alongside Dental Therapist who performs NHS scaling and restorations UDA Value 13-14 (depending on experience/qualifications) 50% Private Split Up to 6 weeks annual leave Up to 10 days Study Leave
