Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our reputable fully private dental practice. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality dental care across 2 dental surgeries, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional development within a supportive team environment. The role involves working with advanced dental technology, including digital scanning with itero scanner. If not already trained in aligners, mentorship is available.

Responsibilities/ Candidate will have access to:-

Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health issues using medical imaging tools. Develop personalised treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, explaining procedures clearly. Perform various general dental procedures, including restorations, extractions, root canal treatments (rotary systems ), crown and bridge work. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies. Collaborate with dental hygienists, therapists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care delivery. Stay informed about the latest developments in dentistry through continuous professional development. 50/50 split on private fees 50/50 splint on lab fees Fully computerised Established patient list from principle wanting to reduce clinical days Mentorship available for new graduates

Qualifications

Fully qualified Dentist recognised by the General Dental Council (GDC). Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to best practice guidelines.
