Salary: 45% Private (50% Lab Bills)

Availability: Tuesday & Wednesday, 9:30 AM - 6.30 PM

Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented Associate Dentist to join our committed team and assist in expanding the patient base at our new practice. Ideally, we prefer candidates who are currently working in or have recently been involved with NHS dentistry.

As an Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of dental services, from routine check-ups to more complex treatments, while maintaining the highest standards of care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality dental treatments, including fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, crowns, and more.
Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and provide preventive care.
Diagnose and treat oral diseases and conditions, ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients.
Collaborate with our experienced team to develop personalized, comprehensive treatment plans.
Educate patients on oral health and hygiene practices to promote long-term oral care.
Maintain meticulous and accurate patient records, ensuring adherence to infection control standards.
Deliver exceptional patient care in a compassionate and professional manner.
Key Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Dentistry (required).
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a dental practice (preferred).
Licensing: GDC Registration (required).
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team and provide patient-centered care.
