Associate Dentist Opportunity - Cwmbran

After 27 years of caring for generations of families in Cwmbran, Edwards Dental Health Centre has successfully completed its transition to a fully private practice. We are now proud to offer a rare opportunity for an Associate Dentist to join our loyal and high-performing team.

This role is ideal for a dentist who understands that the patient experience is our product and our reputation. The Role

We are seeking a dentist who wants to build a long-term future with us. You will inherit a loyal and established patient list, supported by a waiting list of patients ready to join your care.

This is a 3 to 3.5-day position. Our focus is on stability, teamwork, and shared success -- not turnover or quotas.

You will work with a diverse patient base -- from young families to long-standing patients who have been with us for decades.

We are a three-surgery, independently owned private practice with a warm, close-knit team -- many of whom have been with us since the very beginning. The same people who helped us thrive through our NHS-to-private journey continue to shape our success today.

Our mornings begin together at 8.30am with tea and coffee, setting the tone for a smooth, supportive, and positive day. Everyone's voice is heard -- and acted upon. That has always been our way.

We are currently investing in new equipment and a new website, and your input will be valued as we continue to evolve.
