Associate Dentist - Westbridge Dental Practice, Oxford

Westbridge Dental Practice is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our large, well-established team in a modern, 11-surgery practice based in a high-footfall shopping centre in Oxford.

About the Practice

Westbridge Dental is a forward-thinking, recently renovated practice offering a high standard of clinical care in a busy and accessible location. We are a VT and PVLE training practice, committed to ongoing development, and proud to offer a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.

You will be working alongside a large team of experienced dentists and dentists with special interests, fostering a genuinely collaborative clinical environment where peer support, shared learning, and teamwork are highly valued.

What We Offer

Flexible working pattern - up to 5 days per week (8:00am - 5:00pm) Up to 5,000 UDAs available at a competitive rate of up to 12 per UDA depending on experience Strong private income potential - 50/50 split Modern facilities including: Digital radiography iTero intraoral scanner Rotary endodontics (available for NHS work) Clinipads for efficient patient communication Central decontamination unit On-site parking and excellent footfall Opportunities to develop in Implants, Invisalign, facial aesthetics, and more Experienced support from principals, practice manager, and dental nurses

About You

We are looking for a clinician who is:

GDC registered with a valid NHS Performer Number or PVLE Committed to delivering high-quality, ethical, patient-centred care A team player who thrives in a collaborative working environment
