Associate Dentist - Part Time | Good Private Potential

Up to 4 Days per Week | Lostock Hall | Start April 2026

We are an independently owned, well-established mixed dental practice in Lostock Hall, offering an excellent opportunity for an Associate Dentist seeking a supportive, non-corporate environment with genuine scope to develop private dentistry alongside NHS work.

We are looking for a dentist to replace a colleague who is retiring after being ever present since founding the practice in 1988. The patients you will be taking over are nearly all longstanding, well looked after patients.

This role is particularly well suited to a dentist who has completed foundation training (or equivalent), feels confident providing clinical dentistry and is looking for a practice that values clinical autonomy, continuity of care, and long-term professional development.

Excellent stable team with all staff qualified (including reception) as dental nurses (1 currently doing apprenticeship)

Location - Lostock Hall

Established community practice with long-standing patients

Excellent road access via the M6, M61 and M65

Good rail links, with Lostock Hall station nearby

Easy commute from Preston, Chorley, Leyland and surrounding areas

This role would suit a dentist who:

Is GDC registered

Has completed foundation training (or equivalent experience)

Is comfortable with NHS dentistry

Is keen to develop private skills and build patient relationships

Is experienced in providing private dentistry but want to maintain an NHS pension

Values working in an independent practice with clinical freedom and personal support
