Duties

Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues. Perform a range of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, crowns, and root canals. Interpret medical imaging results to inform treatment decisions and enhance patient outcomes. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with practice protocols. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventative care strategies. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations within the practice. Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in ongoing professional development.

Skills

Strong knowledge of anatomy related to oral health and dental procedures Familiarity with medical imaging techniques and their application in dentistry. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex procedures to patients clearly. Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail in both clinical practice and record keeping. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating independence when required.
