Associate Dentist - 3-4 Days/Week - Rushden, Northamptonshire

Practice Facilities

4 air-conditioned surgeries Spacious waiting room and staff room Fully digital workflow including SOE, digital radiography, and rotary endodontics Modern Belmont chairs

The Role

3-4 days per week Inheriting an established list of practice membership and private patients, with a small NHS commitment (~300 UDAs/year) Focus on

private patient care

and high-quality dentistry Work alongside experienced dental nurses in a supportive and collaborative environment

Candidate Requirements

Minimum

3 years' experience

in general dental practice

Active performer number

High standard of

basic restorative care

with

interest or experience in advanced techniques

Excellent communication skills and commitment to

building long-term patient relationships

A

team player

with a proactive approach and a passion for continual development This position is

not suitable for PLVE or visa sponsorship candidates

Income Potential:

120,000 - 175,000, depending on clinical ability and patient base
