We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in dental procedures and patient care, demonstrating a commitment to providing high-quality dental services. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Duties
Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
Execute a variety of dental procedures, including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic treatments.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with practice protocols.
Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient workflow within the practice.
Stay updated on advancements in dentistry, including CAD technology for enhanced treatment options.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and sterile working environment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Dentistry or equivalent qualification recognised by the General Dental Council (GDC).
Valid GDC registration to practise as a dentist in the UK.
Strong knowledge of human anatomy relevant to dentistry.
Familiarity with medical imaging techniques is advantageous.
Experience with R4 software is a plus but not essential.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in clinical practice.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative when required.
