Job Description
We are looking for an Associate Dentist to join our friendly, established team at our dental practice in the centre of Stratford Upon Avon, Warwickshire.
We are a modern family run independent practice offering both NHS and private treatments and you would be taking over an existing well maintained patient list.
Vacancy Details:
UDA rate of 15+ () depending on experience
6000 UDA's available
4/5 days a week

11 modern surgeries - computerised with SOE software, digital X-rays, rotary endo etc 3D Scanners Experienced, friendly, supportive team Hygienist support Dedicated Decon Room Private Treatments currently offered include dental implants, Boutique Whitening, Zoom Whitening, Invisalign, Sedation etc Practice Plan Membership Scheme 0% Finance offering for patients In-house Marketing, Compliance, HR Support Established patient list and well managed appointment book. On site dental lab Dedicated Implant Suite and OPG/ CBCT scanner High Standard of PPE and Cross Infection Control Annual Team Events: Team Building Days, Xmas Party etc

Requirements:
GDC Registration
Active NHS Performer
