Job Description

Part-time or full time associate position available with the potential ability to do condensed weeks. Established mixed practice in South Lanarkshire with easy commute links. Non corporate independent practice.

Equipment available;

Electric motors. Intraoral camera. Digital radiographs with surgery monitors for assessment and patient discussion. Intraoral scanners - one per surgery so no waiting to use. Multiple systems for all work. Cerec workflow for same day restoration. Digital design software. In-house milling and printing. AI software support, notes and radiographs. As standard rotary endo, DSLR available. Improved private materials with the freedom to request alternatives.
The position is suitable for all experience levels as we are an ex-VDP training practice that can offer any required support.

1-2-1 sessions available with case support and discussion for complex cases from an experienced dentist with multiple postgraduates.

We are keen to find the right candidate to integrate into the team and form lasting relationships with our patients. Ensuring all dentists have the support they need is key to our goals. Dentists will benefit from a practice with an emphasis placed on patient care and quality of work using the latest equipment and technology available.

Support;

1-2-1 support and mentoring for cases on a wide range of treatments.

Internal referral pathways for complex cases, oral surgery, endodontics, periodontics, and orthodontics. Therapist access with a full scope of treatment support. This allows more time to be spent on dentistry that interests you. TCO's to improve patient discussion, information, and reinforce consent. Experienced practice manager.
Renumeration package.

50% renumeration. List to transfer with patient numbers depending on days/ hours worked.
The practice benefits from

complex endodontics. dental implants, short-term orthodontics, Smile design facial aesthetics, digital dental treatment workflows including scanning, planning, restorative milling, and 3D printing.
The role would be ideal for someone looking to establish a stable dental position in a friendly, supportive team while wanting to further develop clinical skills with mentorship available in several areas.

The computer system is SFD. Remote access is available to allow notes from home.
