Duties

Conduct thorough dental examinations and assessments of patients' oral health Diagnose dental conditions using clinical evaluation and medical imaging tools Develop personalised treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs Perform a wide range of dental procedures including restorations, extractions, and root canals Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventative care measures Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to ensure seamless patient care Keep abreast of the latest developments in dentistry through continuous professional development

Qualifications

Fully qualified Dentist registered with the General Dental Council (GDC) or equivalent regulatory body Demonstrable knowledge of human anatomy relevant to dental practice Experience with medical imaging techniques such as X-rays or digital scans is preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to explain treatment options clearly to patients Organised, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of clinical care Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Have an NHS Performer number
