Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in dental care, with the ability to provide high-quality treatment to our patients icluding compoiste bonding and Invisalign. This role requires excellent communication skills, a commitment to patient care, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. The Associate Dentist will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating dental issues while ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues. Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Perform a variety of dental procedures, including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic treatments. Utilise medical imaging techniques to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff to ensure smooth clinic operations. Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous professional development.

Requirements

Degree in Dentistry from an accredited institution. Valid dental licence to practice in the relevant jurisdiction. Strong knowledge of anatomy and medical imaging techniques. Familiarity with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software is advantageous but not essential. Completed courses for cosmetic work and communications. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality care. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
