Associate Dentist - Wickford
We are looking for a friendly, motivated
Associate Dentist
to join our supportive and growing team at ourmixed NHS/Private dental practice in Wickford
.About Us:
Well-established, modern practice with a growing patient list
Fully digital: SOE software, digital X-rays, and paperless systems
Offering all aspects of general dentistry, hygiene services, and dental implants
Experienced and supportive team, including exceptional nursing and admin staff
Excellent opportunity to build private income alongside NHS work
Position Details:
Monday: 9am - 6pm
Wednesday: 9am - 7pm
Thursday: 9am - 6pm
Friday: 8am - 3pm
We open from 8am daily, so earlier start times can be arranged if preferred.
NHS and Private Terms:
UDA Target:
4000-5000 UDAs pro-rataUDA Rate:
15 per UDAPrivate Split:
50%Lab Fee Split:
50%Excellent potential for private work due to strong local demand
What We're Looking For:
GDC-registered dentist
Active NHS performer number (or eligibility)
Strong communication skills and patient-focused care
Team player with a positive, professional attitude
