As an Associate Dentist, you will be working with an established patient base in a welcoming environment that values quality care, teamwork, and clinical integrity. Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality NHS and private dental treatments to a diverse patient base
Manage and maintain an established list with strong continuity of care
Deliver routine, restorative, and optional cosmetic treatments
Ensure accurate clinical notes and compliance with GDC and NHS standards
Work collaboratively with dental nurses, hygienists, and wider team members
Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming clinical environment
Support patient education, promoting good oral health and treatment planning
Participate in audits, CPD, and ongoing clinical development
Maintain excellent communication with patients and colleagues
Uphold high standards of professionalism, ethics, and patient experience
Requirements
GDC registration
Valid NHS performer number
Right to work within the UK (No sponsorship available)
Experience delivering both NHS and private dentistry
Strong clinical, communication, and patient-care skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
Confidence with diary management and managing patient expectations
A positive, adaptable, and patient-focused approach
